Obsessed In Macro

Doesn't it so obvious yet? My recent posts here are more on macro shots which i am just getting obsessed everyday. Especially now that i have all the accessories that i need for me to shoot the tiniest things in the world. I will try to apply the tips that a good friend suggested to me. I really am excited everyday on photo shooting small things that crawls on the ground or even those insects that flies.

Right now, i am more concentrating in taking good shots of the stigmas of the different kinds of beautiful flowers that i can find. So here are some good shots i got that i am proud to share to all of you guys. Hope you all like them :)

By the way, most of my images are not photoshop processed, they are SOOC (Straight Out Of Camera) only watermarks is being added to it since i am not really good in photo editing.

Macro Is My Obsession

Our weather here in Utah is been like a roller coaster. The sun shines for a couple of days and all of the sudden the next day will be rainy days. Just like today. I woke up early this morning because i had an appointment i went to. Then later after i took the kids to Arby's since it has been awhile since i last took them out.

Anyway, i had fun walk the other with my kids too, it was not so hot yet it wasn't that chilly either. It was a perfect weather to go out and enjoy more outside. The kids had so much fun running around while i stopped here and there to take some snaps of beautiful flowers using my macro lens along the sidewalks. So here are some good snaps that i got. Hope you'll like them!

Macro The Flowers

Although it rained today, i am still thankful that our weather is starting to get warm. I guess cold days must all over already (i hope!). I am now looking forward to take more pictures outside using my macro lens, lens baby or maybe my fish eye lens that i haven't used much yet since hubby bought them for me.

Well, the other day i was able to get some good shots of flowers although it was so windy that made me disappointed because i can't get good shots as many as i'd like to due to the wind blew all the subjects i was aiming to. But, still i got few and i am happy with the results. So here they are! The last picture are anthers of the flower of the pine trees right beside our house. I used my newly bought raynox magnifier attached to my macro lens. Pretty cool because i get to shoot tiny things with more clarity and details when i use the raynox lens. As you all know, anthers, you can hardly see that just by your eyes, and look how big they are in this picture below.

Enchanting Forest

So, we finally bid goodbye to my brother because we have to go back to Utah by tomorrow. We are staying here in Dalles, Oregon for a night and we'll hit the road again as early as we can tomorrow so we can get home before midnight. But today, we had a good time bonding with my brother for the last time we stayed there in Washington. We went to one of scenic views out there and got some good pictures with him. We actually looked at the peak out there, but i was a little disappointed because there was not much interesting view to see.

Anyway, good thing i brought my macro lens with me, hooked to my camera and also brought my SB 600 flash. I was able to take some good pictures as we walked by the trail heading to the Dam. I got fascinated by the forest, it looked very enchanting and just beautiful. And for you to see how beautiful the forest where we've been to, here's some samples of what you can find to that forest trail...

Getting Addicted To Macro Shooting

All the bags are packed, we're ready to go. We're driving here, which way to go. LOL! I was just singing and replaced some words to it. Anyway, honestly i haven't packed our things yet and we'll be leaving tomorrow soon after my son's graduation. Oh, my bad! I forgot, i know i didn't tell you about our up coming trip yet, and i guess i just did now. Well, We will be out of state for roughly a week to meet up my brother up north east. We're all are excited for this trip especially me for it will be my first time for these two state where we going. So i might not be able to update this blog for a little while, but i do hope i can get some good shots over there so i can post them here.

Anyway anyway (i like it when my hubby say this twice, lol), i am glad that i was able to get some good shots that i can share with you here despite of my busyness (pretending) lol! And i am so happy that i am learning new things each time i experiment shooting using my lenses. In fact, i learned something new in macro shooting, but first i have to buy those accessories that i need for me to get the cool, amazing and impressive photographs of small creatures in the world just like what i saw from those expert and master in photography. I am getting addicted to macro shooting and i want to learn more and more...

So, here's some of my good photographs that i am talking about... Hope you'll like them! Enjoy, and thanks for viewing my page! =)

These photos that i am going to share with you guys was taken last week. We had a very nice and beautiful weather last week (Thursday), and we enjoyed that day with my friend and with my little one. She came here in our place so she can enjoy her day off from work and took her to the lake where i like going a lot. And of course, my camera is always with me whenever i go. It was a fun day and glad that i was able to get some good snaps of my friend being with my little one. Here's few, hope you'll like them.

Beautiful Spring

I am still sore until now even though i already took some pills for pain reliever. I started jogging/walking last week and i took it seriously just yesterday and today. So i am feeling the muscle pain all over my body. But, that didn't stop me from taking my kids out and took them to the park for them to enjoy the beautiful weather earlier. Right after my oldest son got off from school, i got them ready and grabbed some treats and snacks for them to munch while we will be at the park. They had so much fun in there, made some friends and played until i decided to head home before it gets chilly for us.

But as we walked heading to the park, i took some snaps of the flowers by the sidewalk and saw a black bird as we approached the bridge by the park. I am glad i was able to take some good shots of the bird though it was so aloof. Here are the few shots that i would like to share and wanted you to see. Thanks for keep on stopping by here and view my photographs, your presence is greatly appreciated by yours truly.

Gorgeous Flowers

Here's another batch of my macro shots. Sorry for my modeling interruption shots, LOL! These photos below are the most gorgeous and amazing beauty of nature. My beauty is far from reality compared to these flowers i took two weeks ago. These are actually SOOC (Straight Out Of Camera) images, since i am not that talented when it comes to editing photographs. Enjoy viewing! And if you want to see them in a better quality, you can view them through my FLICKR account which i have the link on the left side bar of this website. Thanks for visiting here guys and hope to see you coming back here more often!
