Here's another shot that i took during our trip to Hogle Zoo. This is just one of the different kinds of birds we saw there. My son was screaming because of too much excitement because some of them whistles and sounds like they were singing. There were parrots too that talks. And my oldest one was so amazed with those birds that could do some tricks and entertainment. Mostly the kids were entertained to that little place of birds. This shot looks like they were talking and telling each other to be look nice because a lot of people were taking photos of them...

Dirty Fly
Really, the flies are dirty. That's why they're called flies because they fly wherever they want to and hops from one thing to the other especially the people's wastes and garbage? Yuck! So it made me so curious what really the fly looks like on a closer look. Human's naked eyes cannot see the every details of the this bug, and i am so glad that i was able to see it myself using my macro lens. Here's the fly i caught resting on top of our white chair in the backyard. You really can see the fuzz and how it looks like, big eyes with very silky thin wings.

Wasp That Stings
Another shot i have here that i am so proud of. Since hubby bought me my new macro lens, i can't help myself but keep on taking pictures whatever i could find outside. I guess i've been in love with photography ever since when i was just so young, it's just that, that i don't have a camera of my own then. I get fascinated to the great work of arts of photography even before i owned a camera and now i fell in love with photography even more that i have a camera of my own and i get to take pictures to those things that i wanted to see in a bigger image that a naked eyes could not see it. Here's the wasp i captured just few days ago by our neighbor's lawn. Was trying to take a good shot of it but this is the best i got so far.

Green Snake
I have seen different kinds of snakes when we went to Hogle Zoo but this green snake below caught my attention. He was curling up and stayed circled for a long time. I waited for him to move and change his position but i failed. But i am glad that i still took a good picture of the scary creature. I love how i took the image because as you can see, you can really see the texture of his skin. I used my macro lens to this image.

Macro Lens For Me
I was so happy when hubby bought me my new lens last week. It was a macro lens that could see even the smallest insects in the world. And i am even more hooked to my photography hobby because of this lens. Well, i got some wide angle shots as well but i am more into macro lens as of now. I love taking pictures of the small things so people will realize and see that even the small things in the world is beautiful and precious. You cannot really appreciate the things not unless you'll see if for yourself how beautiful the things is. Here's the sample of my photo using my macro lens. This yellow tiny flowers grows by the side of our driveway and i wasn't paying attention to this before but now i fell in love with the beauty of it. I didn't know there's lots of beautiful things surrounding our house not until i was able to take snaps of them.

Family Bonding At Hogle Zoo
Last weekend we went to Hogle Zoo, my family and i enjoyed our bonding as family especially our preschooler one. He was all excited upon seeing different kinds of animals inside the zoo. At first when i told him about the zoo, he refused not to go with us and told us that he won't go with us because he is scared and has allergy and might get sick in there. He probably was thinking that the animals inside the zoo were on the loose. He's been to a zoo at Los Angeles California zoo when he was just two months old and we just barely got here. So, he doesn't really have any idea what the zoo is look like. But then when we got there, he was all happy and excited that he decided to go with us. He in fact told us his daddy that he had so much fun inside, including his ride at the carousel. Well, anyway, i have tons of photos of all the animals in the zoo and this swan below was our first stop.

Spring Has Sprung
Yup, yup, yup!!! I am loving it!!! I really do and so as my family because we get to enjoy more outside now. While my family is enjoying the bright sun outside, i am also enjoying myself walking with them while taking lots of photos. I don't usually pay attention to little things before around me but now i do. In fact, i am getting more hooked to small things that you cannot just normally see by your naked eyes. Small flowers or small insects, i so love taking photos of them. Hubby bought me macro lens that he promised me on my birthday, it's a little late though but it's alright with me since we had to pay for the ticket first for our coming flight next month. I have so many photos that i wanted to share but i will share them one by one as possible as i can. This one sample that i took just yesterday. The pink tulip caught my eyes and fell in love with it.
